There's something satisfying about a well-made Irish Cream Liqueur. This velvety smooth version uses sweetened condensed milk, 1 – 3/4 cup Irish whiskey, and 4 eggs for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 – 3/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
