Spencer Cocktail

A delectable recipe for Spencer Cocktail made with apricot brandy, gin, orange juice, bitters, orange and cherry.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/4 tsp orange juice
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 twist orange peel
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.
