A rich and sweet drink with a clean vodka base, the Strawberry Cascade blends 1 oz vodka, 1 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur and 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 5 oz strawberry puree
- 2 oz whipping cream
Instructions
- Blend all but the kahlua briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.
- Sprinkle the kahlua on top, and garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half.
- Add straws, and serve.
