Strawberry Kir Royale

A delectable recipe for Strawberry Kir Royale made with strawberries, sugar, Champagne and creme de cassis.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups halved strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup chilled Champagne
  • 1 tsp creme de cassis

Instructions

  1. Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.

Serve In

White Wine Glass
