A yummy recipe for Vaina made with sherry, chocolate liqueur, cognac, powdered sugar and egg.
Ingredients:
60 ml sherry
30 ml chocolate liqueur
30 ml cognac
2 – 3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
Method:
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Serve in a red wine glass and sprinkle powdered cinnamon on top.
