Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Cut the banana into chunks, and add to a blender.
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice.
- Blend well at high speed.
- Pour into a collins glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve.
