Virgin Pina Colada

Pineapple juice and coconut cream blended with crushed ice — the Virgin Piña Colada is one of the most ordered non-alcoholic drinks at resort bars worldwide. Without rum to complicate things, the coconut-pineapple duo shines in its pure, tropical simplicity. Blended until smooth and frothy.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice to a blender; blend at high speed.
  2. Pour into a collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve.
