Yellow Bellied Sap Sucker

Tonic water, lime juice, and Angostura bitters — three ingredients that create a surprisingly complex, bitter-citrus drink. The bitters contain alcohol but in such small quantities (a few drops) that the drink is effectively non-alcoholic. It tastes like a sophisticated gin and tonic minus the gin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 shot tonic water
  • 1/2 shot lime juice
  • 3 drops Angostura® bitters

Instructions

  1. Put in the Lime Juice then add three drops of angostrua bitters.
  2. Shake it up, and add the tonic.
