There's something satisfying about a well-made Zocolo. This bright and tropical version uses dark rum, tequila, and pineapple juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz tequila
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour dark rum, tequila, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add club soda and stir well.
- Garnish with a slice of orange, a pineapple wedge, and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve.
