The Frozen Grasshopper blends the classic Grasshopper’s crème de menthe and crème de cacao with vanilla ice cream instead of cream, creating a boozy mint-chocolate milkshake. The original Grasshopper was created at Tujague’s bar in New Orleans and won second place in a 1928 cocktail competition. This frozen version leans fully into the dessert angle — served with a spoon and straw, it’s a cocktail and an ice cream treat in one glass.

- 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
