Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
- 3 oz eggnog
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a parfait glass and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a few drops of green creme de menthe and a rolled cookie, and serve.
