A gratifying recipe for Varadero Sunrise made with orange juice, grenadine syrup, white rum and Blue Curacao liqueur.
Ingredients:
100 ml orange juice
20 ml grenadine syrup
30 ml white rum
5 ml Blue Curacao liqueur
Method:
Pour orange juice into a highball glass. Add grenadine carefully so that it will stay at the bottom. Carefully add some ice cubes. Seperately combine and mix the rum and blue curacao, and layer the mixture into the highball glass so that it floats or remains on top. Add a straw, and serve.
