A bright and citrusy drink anchored by rich whiskey, the Absinthe Flip blends 1/2 oz Deva® absinthe, 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur and 2 tsp lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Deva® absinthe
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- nutmeg
Instructions
- Shake ingredients well with ice.
- Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
