A yummy recipe for Absinthe Flip made with Deva® absinthe, Cointreau® orange liqueur, lemon juice, egg, sugar and nutmeg.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Deva® absinthe
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
nutmeg
Method:
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a prechilled Delmonico glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
