Aperol Sour

Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Aperol Sour features 1 3/4 oz Aperol® orange liqueur, 3/4 oz lemon juice and 1/4 oz sugar syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz Aperol® orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake well over ice in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a sour glass, and serve.
