Absinthe Martini

A yummy recipe for Absinthe Martini made with gin, dry vermouth and absinthe herbal liqueur.

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/8 tsp absinthe herbal liqueur

Method:
Stir well with ice. Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass. Very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then add the martini.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
