Sophisticated and Easy to prepare, the Hoffman House Martini features 4 oz gin, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 4 dashes orange bitters.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 4 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients together with cracked ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an olive, and serve.
