A great recipe for Acapulco Clam Digger made with tequila, tomato juice, clam juice, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco® sauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
3 oz tomato juice
3 oz clam juice
3/4 tbsp horseradish
1 splash fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco® sauce
Method:
Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 oz.) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.
