A great recipe for Alfonso made with Dubonnet® French vermouth, Angostura® bitters, sugar and Champagne.
Ingredients:
1 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 tsp sugar
Champagne
Method:
In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar. Then add the dubonnet and a tsp. of ice. Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
