The Mandarine Imperiale is a tart cocktails made with 3 oz Champagne, 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur and 1 oz egg white.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
- 1 oz egg white
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz sugar syrup
Instructions
- Shake mandarine, egg white, lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass.
- Pour in the champagne.
Serve In
