Mandarine Imperiale

The Mandarine Imperiale is a tart cocktails made with 3 oz Champagne, 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur and 1 oz egg white.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake mandarine, egg white, lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass.
  2. Pour in the champagne.

Serve In

White Wine Glass
