Allen Cocktail

Looking for something herbaceous? The Allen Cocktail combines gin, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lemon juice into a drink that never disappoints.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Shake with cracked ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
