A rich and sweet drink made with elegant brandy, the Amaretto Shake blends 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, 2 oz brandy and 2 oz amaretto almond liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 2 oz brandy
- 2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
- Serve in chilled champagne saucer garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
