A tantalizing recipe for Antibes made with gin, benedictine herbal liqueur and grapefruit juice.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
3/4 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
2 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Method:
Pour the gin, benedictine and grapefruit juice into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
