Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dry gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour over shaved ice in a champagne flute, and serve.
