Apple Cider Punch #2

If you like your drinks minty, the Apple Cider Punch #2 is exactly what you're looking for. 3 red apples, 250 g hulled strawberries, and 4 chopped mint sprigs come together in a way that works every time.

Ingredients

  • 3 red apples
  • 250 g hulled strawberries
  • 4 chopped mint sprigs
  • 850 ml apple juice
  • 1500 ml apple cider
  • 570 ml lemonade

Instructions

  1. Make sure ingreadients are well chilled.
  2. Cut unpeeled apples 1cm cubes.
  3. Combine fruit and mint with apple juice in large punch bowl.
  4. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving.
  5. Before serving add chilled apple cider and lemonade.
