This tart recipe combines 450 g sugar, 1 liter soda water and 2 1/2 oz lemon juice into a Advanced-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 450 g sugar
- 1 liter soda water
- 2 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 liter cognac
- mint sprigs
- 2 washed, sliced oranges
- 1/2 diced pineapple
- 5 – 6 washed, halved strawberries
- seedless grapes
- 225 cl Champagne
- 50 cl brandy
- 150 cl claret
- 150 cl white rhine wine
Instructions
- Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl.
- Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste.
- Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water.
- Add a block of ice.
- Serve in wine glasses.
