A refreshingly tart drink featuring botanical gin, the Somerset Punch blends 1 liter dry cider, 15 cl dry white wine and 5 cl apple brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 liter dry cider
- 15 cl dry white wine
- 5 cl apple brandy
- 15 cl orange juice
- 5 cl lemon juice
- 15 cl apple juice
- 30 cl ginger ale
Instructions
- Combine and mix ingredients in a punch bowl with a large block of ice.
- Add sliced strawberries, and serve in wine glasses.
