Apple Colada

The Apple Colada trades the traditional rum-and-pineapple formula for apple schnapps and cream of coconut with half-and-half. Ingredients

  • 2 oz apple schnapps
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • 1 slice apple
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Blend schnapps, cream of coconut, half-and-half, and 2 cups of crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed.
  2. Pour contents into a collins glass.
  3. Decorate with an apple slice and a cherry.
  4. Serve with a straw.
