Dessert-like and Advanced to prepare, the Kiwi Colada features 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1 1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur and 2 oz cream of coconut.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 2 kiwis
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 oz whipping cream
- 1 1/5 cups crushed ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in pina colada glasses.
