A tantalizing recipe for Applejack Collins made with Applejack® brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar, orange bitters and soda water.
2 oz Applejack® brandy
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
4 dashes orange bitters
Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass. Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.
