Apricot Anise Collins

Whether you're mixing for yourself or making a round, the Apricot Anise Collins is a balanced choice. Apricot brandy, gin, and anisette make this one both impressive and approachable.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 tsp anisette
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • carbonated water
  • 1 slice lemon
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
  2. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly.
  3. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.
