A tantalizing recipe for Apricot Anise Collins made with apricot brandy, gin, anisette, lemon juice, carbonated water, lemon and ice cubes.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 tsp anisette
1 tbsp lemon juice
carbonated water
1 slice lemon
ice cubes
Method:
Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve.
