There's something satisfying about a well-made Apricot Sour. This tart and refreshing version uses apricot brandy, lemon juice, and superfine sugar for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 2 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions
- Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
