Despite appearing in the non-alcoholic category, the Bahia contains white rum — pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, and cream shaken and blended. It’s essentially a creamy Piña Colada with extra dairy richness. Named after the Brazilian state, it captures the tropical, laid-back spirit of Salvador’s beach bars.
