A tantalizing recipe for Barrow Blues made with Blue Curacao liqueur, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.
Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz anejo rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp coconut cream
Method:
Pour the blue curacao, light rum, anejo rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
