1 1/2 oz coconut milk
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

Pour the light rum, blue curacao, coconut milk and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Shake or stir well.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
