Chamborlada

The Chamborlada brings together Chambord® raspberry liqueur, light rum, and dark rum for a drink that's sun-soaked from the first sip to the last.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the Chambord raspberry liqueur, light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour the Chambord raspberry liqueur into a the bottom of a large wine glass.
  4. Slowly strain the contents of the cocktail shaker on top of the Chambord, by means of the back of a teaspoon or otherwise, in order to create a second layer.
  5. Float a small, further amount of Chambord on top, and serve.
