Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Batida de Maracuja features 3/4 oz cachaca, 2 oz pineapple juice and 1/4 oz lime syrup.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz cachaca
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz lime syrup
- 1 dash lime juice
- 1 passion-fruit chunk
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve.
