A tantalizing recipe for Bayou Self made with Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
4 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Method:
Pour Captain Morgan spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice. Top with grenadine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple.
