Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Belgian Brownie features 1 oz genever gin, 1/2 oz cognac and 1 oz chocolate liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz genever gin
- 1/2 oz cognac
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- fill with heavy cream
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the gin, cognac and chocolate liqueur over the ice cubes.
- Fill with heavy cream.
- Stir gently.
