A tantalizing recipe for Bellinski made with Stoli® Persik vodka, peaches, maraschino liqueur and Brut® Champagne.

1 oz Stoli® Persik vodka
3 oz peaches
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
1 – 2 oz chilled Brut® Champagne

Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet. Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur. Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve.

Wine Goblet
