A delightful recipe for Peach Daiquiri #2 made with peaches, vanilla extract, lime juice, superfine sugar, light rum, crushed ice, peach schnapps and apricot brandy.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
1 dash vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 cup crushed ice
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz apricot brandy
Method:
Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
