Bloody Brew

There's something satisfying about a well-made Bloody Brew. This easy-drinking version uses vodka, beer, and tomato juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz beer
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Pour vodka, beer and tomato juice into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add salt to taste; stir again.
  4. Strain into a highball glass, garnish with a dill pickle spear, and serve.
