A delightful recipe for Blue Blazer #2 made with Irish whiskey, lemon juice, honey and water.
Ingredients:
2 parts Irish whiskey
1 part lemon juice
1 part light honey
2 – 3 parts water
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Pour in Old-fashioned glasses with a spoon in it (to prevent the glass from breaking if the drink is too hot).
