A refreshingly tart drink with a clean vodka base, the Blue Champagne blends 1 oz vodka, 1/4 oz lemon juice and 2 – 3 dashes triple sec.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 – 3 dashes triple sec
- 2 – 3 dashes Blue Curacao liqueur
- Champagne
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients (except champagne) over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
