Blue Memphis

A tantalizing recipe for Blue Memphis made with Malibu® coconut rum, pineapple juice, milk and Blue Curacao liqueur.

Ingredients:
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
3 oz pineapple juice
2 oz milk
1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur

Method:
Pour all ingredients (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Add blue curacao and shake again briefly. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
