A elegant drink with smooth and balanced character, the Blue Passion is made with spiced rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, and sweet and sour mix. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz spiced rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 5 oz sweet and sour mix
Instructions
- Pour the spiced rum, blue curacao and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a pineapple flag, and serve.
