Crisp and Medium to prepare, the Brandied Egg Sour features 1 egg, 2 oz brandy and 1/2 oz triple sec.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
