Brandied Egg Sour

A delightful recipe for Brandied Egg Sour made with egg, brandy, triple sec, lemon juice and superfine sugar.

1 egg
2 oz brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, crack the egg and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
