A gratifying recipe for Brandy Plush made with brandy, simple syrup, Angostura® bitters and milk.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz simple syrup
4 dashes Angostura® bitters
4 oz milk
Method:
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled wine glass. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg, and serve.
