A silky drink built on smooth rum, the Baltimore Eggnog blends 1 oz Jamaican dark rum, 1 oz brandy and 1 oz madeira.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jamaican dark rum
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz madeira
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into a collins glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
