A bright and citrusy drink with bold tequila, the Buttafuoco blends 2 oz white tequila, 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur and 1/2 oz cherry liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white tequila
- 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz cherry liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- club soda
- 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except club soda and cherry with cracked ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into glass over ice cubes and fill with club soda.
- Stir, then add cherry.
