Cafe de Paris

A yummy recipe for Cafe de Paris made with gin, anisette, powdered sugar, egg and cream.

Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz anisette
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 oz cream

Method:
Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
